Deputies arrested a driver early Monday after a traffic stop in the Town of Ovid.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson said deputies stopped a vehicle around 1:23 a.m. after observing lane violations.
Deputies identified the driver as Johnathan R. McNabb, 33, of Seneca Falls. Investigators said he failed to maintain his lane, which led to the stop.
McNabb was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and failing to keep right, a violation.
Deputies transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
