Police arrested a man following a traffic stop in Macedon that led to multiple driving while intoxicated charges, including an aggravated DWI.
Macedon Police identified the driver as a 59-year-old Macedon resident after the arrest. Officers charged Kenneth Mueller with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, after police recorded a .22 BAC. He also faces counts of driving while intoxicated .08% or higher and common law driving while intoxicated.
Police also charged Mueller with operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, unlicensed operation, and driving without headlights or tail lights.
Officers released Mueller on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear at a later date in Macedon Town Court.
