The cash option for the prize stands at about $145.7 million. If no ticket matched all six numbers, the jackpot will climb again for Friday’s drawing.
Mega Millions officials say the odds of winning the top prize sit at roughly 1 in 302.6 million. Tickets cost $5, and drawings run twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
