The Feb. 20 program examines U.S.-China relations with Oriana Mastro. On Feb. 27, Gideon Rose presents “Ruptured Alliances and the Risk of Nuclear Proliferation.”

In March, Thomas Wright discusses Ukraine and the future of European security on March 6. Scott Bessent follows on March 13 with a look at multilateral institutions in a changing world order. On March 20, Jendayi E. Frazer leads a discussion on U.S. engagement in Africa.
