Police arrested a Seneca Falls driver after a two-vehicle crash led officers to suspect alcohol impairment Wednesday evening.
Luke Elias, 25, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody around 5:44 p.m. following a roadside investigation by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police say Elias was operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway when he collided with another vehicle.
Officers determined during the investigation that Elias was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Police charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Elias was processed and later released with an appearance ticket.
