Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Geneva man on a driving while intoxicated charge after finding him unconscious behind the wheel of a running vehicle in the Town of Waterloo.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson says deputies made the arrest around 6:22 p.m. on Jan. 29 during a property check at Seneca Lake State Park.
Deputies observed Nicholas A. Brinson of Geneva slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle that was still running.
After conducting a police investigation, deputies determined Brinson was intoxicated.
Brinson was taken into custody and later released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court to answer the charge.
