The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate a man wanted on multiple charges.
Authorities identified the suspect as Geno R. Thomas, 41, who is currently wanted for failing to appear in court and for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. Officials say he is also wanted by the Rochester Police Department.
According to the sheriff’s office, Thomas is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 163 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators released a photo of Thomas as part of the alert.
The sheriff’s office urges anyone with information about Thomas’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately. Officials stress that members of the public should not attempt to take any police action themselves.
