Deputies arrested a Lyons man after an investigation led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities identified the suspect as Dylan Mills, 33, of Spencer Street in the Town of Lyons.
Deputies said the arrest followed an investigation during which a deputy located drug paraphernalia on Mills’ person. The sheriff’s office did not release additional details about the investigation.
Mills was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Deputies said he is scheduled to appear in Town of Lyons Court on Feb. 24 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
