A wrong-way driver on a one-way street led police to a DWI arrest early in the morning on South Main Street.
Canandaigua police arrested a 70-year-old Rochester man, identified as Arthur Macaluso, just before 1 a.m. Jan. 3 after stopping his vehicle for driving the wrong way and making an illegal U-turn.
Officers said the driver showed signs of intoxication during the stop.
He was taken into custody and later transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
