Man arrested for violating order of protection

Police took a Farmington man into custody after a reported violation of a court order.

Officers arrested 30-year-old Austin Beseler on Jan. 19 after determining he contacted a protected party despite a stay-away order of protection. The incident was reported as a violation of the court order.


He was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
