A disturbance on South Main Street escalated into threats against police, according to authorities.
Police arrested a 27-year-old Canandaigua man on Jan. 21 after responding to a reported incident. Officers say the man threatened to physically harm responding officers during the investigation.
Dayquan Harris, 27, was charged with harassment in the second degree.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
