A traffic stop for an illegal U-turn resulted in another DWI arrest on South Main Street.
Police arrested a 42-year-old Rochester man on Jan. 17 after observing him make a U-turn where it was not allowed. Officers said the driver showed signs of intoxication during the stop.
Adam Agosti, 42, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released to a third party on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court.
