A late-night crash closed a busy state highway in both directions, snarling traffic overnight, according to WENY.
The crash shut down NY-34 between Waterwagon Road and Burdick Hill Road in the town of Lansing. Authorities first reported the accident around 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, with lanes still closed early Wednesday morning.
Officials haven’t released details about what caused the crash. The road reopened shortly after 6 a.m., and drivers were urged to use alternate routes while crews cleared the scene.
