A $1,000 check is heading straight to women battling cancer in Schuyler County, according to Special to The Odessa File. The Watkins Glen International RACE Foundation presented the donation to Gorges Givers during a gathering at Schuyler Hospital.
Gorges Givers partners with the Schuyler Health Foundation to help local women cover cancer-related costs insurance doesn’t pay. The group has raised more than $80,000 since launching in 2023.
Leaders say continued backing from Watkins Glen International strengthens the program’s reach and impact across the community.
