Police arrested an 18-year-old Seneca Falls man after a weeks-long dispute escalated into threats and property damage, according to local police.
Officers arrested Christopher Virgo, 18, of Seneca Falls, following what police described as a two-week course of conduct targeting a victim at their residence.
Police say Virgo repeatedly went to the victim’s home, played loud music, and revved his vehicle. Investigators say he later threatened the victim and knocked on the door in an attempt to fight.
Police allege Virgo then left the area and threw a firework at the residence.
Officers charged Virgo with two counts of menacing in the second degree, an A misdemeanor. Police transported him to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
