Bristol man taken into custody after investigation

Deputies served a criminal summons Thursday to a Bristol man accused of harassment following an incident on Gulick Road, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Officers served Thomas David Michel, 35, of Bristol, with the summons at 11:51 a.m. at a residence on Gulick Road in the Town of Bristol.

The summons was issued out of the Bristol Town Court and charges Michel with harassment in the second degree.

Deputies say Michel will appear in Bristol Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.

Deputy Statt investigated the case.
