A new nurse practitioner has joined the growing care team at Seneca Family Health Center in Waterloo.
UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health announced that Trevor Johnson, FNP-C, is now seeing patients at the practice. He provides both adult and pediatric care alongside several physicians and nurse practitioners.
Johnson joins Drs. Luke Chen, Michael Kozlowski, and Eric Shives, along with nurse practitioners Jamie Barber, Christina Gray, Susan Randall-Mantella, Elizabeth Smith, and Jennifer Whitmore.
He earned his Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner from St. John Fisher University in Rochester. He received his nursing degree from the University of Rochester and is a U.S. Army veteran.
Outside of work, Johnson enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, and riding his motorcycle.

Finger Lakes Health continues to expand its network of primary care and internal medicine providers across Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties. Leaders say the goal is to improve access to care and reduce long waits for new patients.
