Three open seats on the Penn Yan School District’s Board of Education are up for grabs ahead of the May 19 vote, according to the Penn Yan School District.
Voters will fill two three-year terms and one two-year term at the district’s Annual Vote and Election. The board election sets leadership direction on budgets, policy, and school priorities.
Candidates can pick up petition forms at the District Office on One School Drive, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The district requires completed petitions by April 20. For details, residents can contact Katie Champlin at 315-536-3371.
