Deputies arrested a man after a late-night traffic stop in the Town of Farmington.
Jordan F. Hollands, 28, of East Rochester, was taken into custody following the stop on State Route 332.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said deputies first saw Hollands driving on Beaver Creek Road.
They reported he failed to keep right and did not signal at least 100 feet before turning.
During the stop, deputies determined Hollands was operating the vehicle while impaired.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, and insufficient turn signal.
Hollands was released and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
