A late-night domestic incident in Seneca County led to the arrest of a Waterloo man on multiple child endangerment charges.
Sheriff’s investigators arrested Christopher S. Hennigan, 33, around 10:30 p.m. Jan. 12. Authorities charged him with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from a December incident in which investigators said Hennigan acted in a physical and reckless manner during a domestic dispute. Officials said his actions caused substantial fear to multiple children.
Hennigan was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and later released. The court issued orders of protection on behalf of the victims.
