After sitting empty for years, a familiar campus is preparing for a major revival, according to WSTM.
A local investment group called 9Fresh has purchased the former Cazenovia College campus and plans a multi-phase redevelopment. Phase one focuses on housing, including apartments and senior living, with construction targeted for summer 2026.
Developers say the goal is to preserve the college’s legacy while adding offices, community spaces, and culinary venues. Kurt Wheeler said the project could bring new energy back to the village center after years of vacancy.
