The Victor Village Board is scheduled to take up several administrative and contracting matters when it meets tonight, including approval of a fuel management contract and authorization to seek a planning consultant.
The meeting is set to begin at 7 p.m. (Monday), at Village Hall with a call to order and salute to the flag, followed immediately by a public comment period. Speakers are asked to limit remarks to three minutes.
During the clerk’s report, trustees are scheduled to vote on several resolutions, including approval of the Dec. 15, 2025 meeting minutes and payment of bills under Abstract No. 15. The board is also expected to act on a resolution regarding the election polling place and date, as well as a proposed town fuel management contract. The agenda also lists discussion of a village caucus.
The Director of Public Works is slated to provide project updates later in the meeting, followed by reports from individual trustees.
One of the key items on the agenda appears under the mayor’s report, where trustees are scheduled to consider a resolution authorizing an RFP for planning consultant services. No additional details about the scope of services are included in the agenda.
The meeting will also include an attorney’s report before adjournment.
