Deputies arrested a Moravia man following a damage complaint connected to a domestic incident.
John D. Sullivan, 36, of Moravia, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on Jan. 2, according to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a domestic incident on Dec. 28 and determined no charges would be filed between the involved parties. Investigators later learned Sullivan kicked a door to a different apartment, causing damage.
Authorities charged Sullivan with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Moravia Village Court on Jan. 15 at 6 p.m.
