A $100 million investment from Rochester philanthropist Tom Golisano is sending major funding to children’s hospitals in Arkansas and Georgia, according to WSYR. The move adds two new members to the Golisano Children’s Alliance.
Arkansas Children’s in Little Rock and Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia in Augusta will each receive $50 million. The money targets expanded access to care, stronger clinical programs, and pediatric innovation.
The alliance launched in 2025 and now includes 12 children’s hospitals nationwide. Golisano says the growing network aims to improve outcomes for children by sharing resources and collaboration across states.
