A snowmobile crash on Blanchard Road brought a fast response from multiple emergency crews Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters from the Aurelius Volunteer Fire Department were called to the scene around 2:39 p.m., where one patient was transported by Auburn Ambulance for treatment. Cayuga Ambulance and the New York State Police also responded to assist.
Owasco was placed on standby in case its ATV was needed for a possible off-road rescue. Engine 2, Rescue 2, and the Duty Chief from Aurelius were all part of the response.
No other details about the crash or the patient’s condition were released.
