Police arrested a man after a woman reported ongoing harassment that continued despite repeated warnings to stop.
Levi D. Anhorn, 22, of Seneca Falls, was arrested December 25 after police investigated a complaint involving repeated unwanted contact. The victim told officers she received numerous messages from Anhorn across several platforms.
Police said Anhorn kept contacting the victim after both she and law enforcement told him to stop. Investigators also said he sent a package to the victim’s home containing live bugs.
Police charged Anhorn with aggravated harassment in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree. Both charges are misdemeanors.
Officers transported Anhorn to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment. Authorities also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
