A violent struggle with EMS crews after a DUI crash has landed a Bradford County man facing more than a decade in prison, according to WBNG.
The sentencing stems from a March crash in Albany Township, where responders rushed an injured driver to the hospital. Prosecutors say the man fought emergency personnel during treatment for a serious head wound.
In December, Ryan M. Whittemore, 32, received a sentence of 47 months to 15 years in state prison, the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office said. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, aggravated assault tied to DUI, and driving under the influence.
