A woman in Lyons is facing a felony charge after deputies say she stole a money order while working inside someone’s home.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Julie Sturiale was arrested following an investigation into a reported theft on Broad Street in the Town of Lyons.
According to deputies, Sturiale was cleaning a house when she allegedly took a $500 money order.
She was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on Jan. 20 at 8:30 a.m.
