Urrutia is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a focus on preventive care. Rochester Regional Health says his approach centers on evidence-based medicine, open communication, and helping patients take an active role in their long-term health.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his internal medicine residency at Skagit Regional Health.

Outside of work, Urrutia stays active through soccer, pickleball, volleyball, and running. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

“I’m honored to join Rochester Regional Health and begin caring for patients in the Geneva community,” Urrutia said. “My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and confident in their care. I look forward to building long-lasting relationships and helping patients achieve their best possible health.”

The Geneva Medical Campus is located at 833 Canandaigua Road, along Routes 5 and 20.

New patients are welcome. Appointments with Dr. Urrutia can be scheduled by calling 315-787-5155 or visiting rochesterregional.org/Geneva.
