Police arrested a Seneca Falls teen after responding to a dispute early Monday morning.
Officers with the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department took an 18-year-old into custody around 4:57 a.m. following an investigation into a reported altercation.
Police said Brendon Heath struck a victim during the dispute, causing physical injury. Investigators charged him with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Officers processed Heath and transported him to the Seneca County Jail, where he awaited arraignment. Police also requested an order of protection for the victim.
