A lucky scratch turned into $10 million for a Cortland man just days before Christmas, according to WBNG. David Miller bought the winning ticket at a local Grand Union and hit the jackpot.
After taxes, Miller took home a lump sum of $6.5 million.
The win marks one of the largest lottery payouts in the area this year.
