A Halloween party in Penfield turned dangerous after a 17-year-old boy was found unconscious with a blood alcohol level of .46, according to WHAM. Deputies say Medina Bijelic, 49, hosted the party and denied underage drinking was happening—until the teen was rushed to the hospital.
More than 100 teens were outside the home, and investigators say Bijelic even discouraged calling 911. The teen, who reportedly drank vodka and used marijuana, survived.
Bijelic now faces three charges, including reckless endangerment and child endangerment.
