Deputies arrested a Penn Yan man nearly a year after a burglary at a Horseheads business, according to WETM.
Kristoffer D. Johnson, 33, was charged with third-degree burglary following a 2023 break-in on Old Ithaca Road. After a months-long investigation, including a search warrant, the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office identified Johnson as a suspect and issued a warrant.
He was booked into the Chemung County Jail and is awaiting court proceedings.
