Deputies arrested a man after responding to a disturbance at a bar in Palmyra late last month.
Colby Sears, 27, of Quaker Road, was charged with third-degree assault on November 27 after allegedly attacking someone at the Bridge Pub on Route 21.
Deputies say the victim suffered injuries during the incident.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office issued Sears an appearance ticket. He’s expected to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
