Deputies arrested a driver after responding to a report of a vehicle stuck in a snowbank in Naples.
Ontario County sheriff’s deputies responded to Cross Street on December 14 and found a gray Toyota RAV4 stuck in the snow. Deputies identified the driver as Eugene M. Francis, 49, of Naples .
Deputies determined Francis operated the vehicle while intoxicated and with a suspended license. Authorities took him into custody for driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree .
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case .
