Police arrested a Canandaigua man after a late-night report of a suspicious condition on Jefferson Avenue.
Officers responded to the address around 1:12 a.m. Dec. 9 and arrested Isaiah A. Terwilliger, 21, following an investigation.
Police said Terwilliger supplied multiple juveniles with alcoholic beverages and allowed them to drink until they became intoxicated. Authorities charged him with three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers later released Terwilliger on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
