Police arrested a man following a drug possession investigation in the Village of Waterloo.
Robert T. Flavin, 48, of Seneca Falls, was arrested around 7:43 p.m. December 15, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Police said the charge stems from an incident in 2024. Officers allege Flavin possessed a quantity of a suspected controlled substance.
Lab testing later confirmed the substance was cocaine, police said.
Police charged Flavin with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Officers processed Flavin and released him on an appearance ticket. Police said he is scheduled to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
