Police arrested a woman after a late-night traffic stop on South Main Street raised concerns about impaired driving.
Officers stopped the vehicle around 1:11 a.m. Nov. 27 after seeing it driven on a flat tire. Police arrested Kaylee Distefano, 30, of Canandaigua following the stop.
Police said Distefano showed signs of intoxication and took her into custody for driving while intoxicated. Officers reported that she later became combative while in custody.
Authorities allege she kicked one officer and scratched another. Police charged her with driving while intoxicated, obstructing governmental administration, and two counts of second-degree harassment.
Officers transported Distefano to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
