Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Geneva man early Tuesday on an outstanding warrant tied to a previous impaired driving case.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson said deputies arrested Maurice Gaglianese, 83, around 12:30 a.m. Dec. 16 in the Town of Waterloo. Authorities said the warrant stemmed from a failure to appear in court on a prior charge of driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Deputies turned Gaglianese over to correctional staff to await centralized arraignment proceedings. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Geneva Police Department.
