Police arrested a man early Sunday after officers acted on an outstanding court warrant in Seneca Falls.
Police identified the man as Jason B. Osgood, 54, of Waterloo. Officers arrested him around 1:45 a.m. on Dec. 14 on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court.
Police also charged Osgood with bail jumping in the second degree, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Officers transported Osgood to the Seneca County Jail, where he awaited arraignment.
