A 34-year-old Ovid resident was arrested late Tuesday night following a reported domestic incident, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Justin Pagan was taken into custody around 11:40 p.m. on December 9 and charged with harassment in the second degree after allegedly making unwanted physical contact with the victim.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim. Pagan was turned over to corrections staff to await arraignment and is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Ovid Court at a later date.
The Sheriff’s Office did not release further details about the incident.
