Yates County lawmakers will hold a special legislative session on Tuesday, December 16, at 10 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers at 417 Liberty Street in Penn Yan.
The meeting was announced as a special or emergency session, with officials expected to enter executive session to consult with legal counsel.
The public can attend in person or join remotely. Zoom access details, including links, meeting ID, and passcode, are included in the official notice. Phone access is also available for those joining by audio only.
