Deputies arrested a Sodus woman early Thursday after discovering an active bench warrant during an unrelated investigation.
Alison J. Luckenbach, 42, was taken into custody on December 11 after Wayne County deputies found the outstanding warrant, which had been issued by the Hon. Judge Wiepert in Hopewell Town Court.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Luckenbach was turned over to their custody and taken to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention. She is expected to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
