A 22-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash on Route 104 in the town of Victory, according to New York State Police.
Troopers say the crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on December 3. The man was driving east on Route 104 when he lost control on a curve and veered into the westbound lane, colliding with another vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The second vehicle was driven by Aric B. Lewis, 52, of Grayson, Kentucky. His passenger, Tonya N. Lewis, 51, was also from Grayson. Both were evaluated by EMS at the scene.
State Police say the investigation is ongoing.
