Ronnie M. Britt, 34, was taken into custody around 1:04 p.m. at Exit 42, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Britt was wanted on a warrant issued by Manchester Town Court. He is charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a Class D felony; aggravated family offense, a Class E felony; and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges follow a police investigation into an incident that occurred on November 28 in the village of Clifton Springs.
Deputies transported Britt to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held to await arraignment.
