Deputies arrested a woman in Victor after a shoplifting complaint at the Target on Commons Boulevard.
Suzanne Ashmore, 69, of Pittsford, was taken into custody on December 8. Sheriff’s deputies say she passed all points of sale without paying for $25.59 worth of merchandise.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened around 2:30 p.m. Ashmore was released and is expected to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The case was investigated by Deputy Bassett and Deputy Giaconia.
