Three former dorm buildings at Tompkins-Cortland Community College are now on the market, according to the Ithaca Journal.
The 117,000-square-foot portfolio spans 28 acres in Dryden and includes Tioughnioga, Cascadilla, and Seneca Halls—each with 134 rooms. CBRE says the site offers redevelopment potential for housing, senior living, or apartments.
