A Dundee woman was arrested Wednesday night after deputies say they found a stolen dog in her vehicle during a traffic stop on Dundee-Himrod Road.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 32-year-old Colleen C. Fiorilla was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree after officers discovered a black and white dog in her possession that had been reported stolen earlier that evening from the Village of Penn Yan.
The stop occurred around 8:40 p.m. on December 3. Fiorilla was taken into custody and turned over to the Penn Yan Police Department for further investigation.
