A man from Indiana is facing a criminal charge after an incident at a Dollar General in Lodi prompted a 911 call late last week.
Deputies say 25-year-old Collin Brandenburg, of Camby, Indiana, entered the store around 10:20 p.m. on November 28 and showed a store employee an explicit photo without consent.
Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies launched an investigation and later located Brandenburg in Hector, NY. With help from the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, he was taken into custody without incident.
He’s been charged with public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
