Deputies arrested a man early Thursday morning in Lyons following a disturbance that took place earlier this year.
Ronald Smalls, 30, of Shuler Street in the town of Lyons, is accused of kicking in a door during a September 2 incident while a child was inside the home.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, the damage led to charges of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
Deputies took Smalls into custody around 1:23 a.m. Thursday. He was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaited arraignment later that morning.
